Graduates
Do you have what it takes?
Tackling a wide variety of projects in a rapidly changing world means we need people who have creative, flexible and adaptable minds.
Offering opportunities to stimulate, stretch and challenge you, we invest in selecting the best people and creating the right environment to ensure your skills and ideas are fully utilised, plus you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best engineers, scientists and specialists in the world.
Each year our graduate recruitment campaign fills vacancies across our disciplines. As a new graduate, you'll have all the support, work based learning and opportunity you need to develop personally and professionally.
In addition to 'LAUNCH', we also offer structured training schemes that will help you achieve your professional Chartership.
As a graduate engineer, scientist or specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, and working alongside highly skilled and experienced colleagues, you'll have the chance to 'cut your teeth' on assignments throughout the UK and overseas.
Are you an Early Starter or a Night Owl?
Balancing work and life commitments can often be challenging, but we know that with a successful work / life balance, people are more content and productive. We recognise everyone is different, so we operate a flexible working scheme that allows flexible start and finish times.
You'll soon find out that it's not all work – we have a great social scene and our subsidised social club offers sports and social events. Recent events include horseracing, skiing and rock climbing, squash, 10-pin bowling, badminton, theatre, cinema and concert trips.
Corporate gym membership is also available.
Graduates – have you got what it takes?
We recruit graduates from a wide range of disciplines who are dedicated and enthusiastic about working in their chosen field. Graduate opportunities require a good undergraduate degree, although a Masters degree is preferred for some roles. We also encourage applications from candidates with PhDs. International equivalent qualifications will be considered.
