Your development as a Royal Haskoning graduate begins with 'LAUNCH', our bespoke 18-month graduate programme. Developed by Royal Haskoning’s experts, LAUNCH ensures you receive the core technical and professional skills you need to support your early career with Royal Haskoning.

You'll receive one-to-one mentor support provided by internal experts, on the job training, tool box talks and knowledge share seminars, ensuring you are continually broadening your knowledge base and expertise.

In addition, you'll meet fellow graduates at our residential networking events, providing an excellent base to share experience and knowledge as you develop in your role.

The 'LAUNCH' programme combines the skills required to progress your professional Chartership, as gaining this will play a key part in your contribution to the business and your continued professional development.

Our accredited professional training schemes provide routes through to Chartership for ICE, CIWEM, IMechE and other relevant institutions.
